Lugging our 6 suitcases to the second floor felt like a mini workout, and the door wouldn’t stay open, so one of us had to hold it while the other dragged things in.

The toilet in the room didn't function properly!!! With soda machines empty on all 8 floors and ice machines only operational on 2 floors, it's frustrating. The bathroom floors could use a thorough cleaning too!!!
